How do I know the prices?
Simply, e-mail or fax to us your request including details, such as, quantities, raised or flat print etc. and we’ll return to you with a price as soon as possible.

What if none of the samples match exactly my taste?
The samples seen on our website are best sellers, therefore, if a colour or finish of your taste are not exactly as seen on website, just feel free to enquire and we might have them, or alternatively, we can customise accordingly, like embossed, foil stamped, die cut, etc.

How do I go about monograms?
Look through our category of monograms and get an idea of what you want, and we’ll design it for you personally.

Can I order just the actual cards or envelopes without any printing?
Yes you can. 

How fast will I receive my order?
Once we have agreed to the final artwork, we give ourselves up to 3 weeks, but usually we make an effort for you to receive them earlier.

What if I need some more cards?
We'll keep your artwork until after the date of your wedding, so you're welcome to order extras, if you find you need them later.

Do you have a larger variety of fonts to choose from?
Yes we do, we can e-mail or fax to you a larger variety of fonts for you to choose from

How do I go ahead with my order?
Simply, fill in the order form that can be found on the left side of the categories and e-mail or fax it to us. and we’ll return to you with a designed proof usually within 2 days.

How do I see a proof?
We will fax or e-mail to you a proof usually within 2 days of your order. Proofs sent via e-mail are PDF files and require Adobe acrobat reader to be viewed on your computer.

Do you do delivery services?
Yes, we deliver around the UK nationwide or worldwide, without you having the hassle to pick up the parcel from us.
